Welcome

Reaching out for help takes courage, and I understand how hard it can be.  You are taking an important step in creating change for yourself.

My practice specializes in individual therapy for people in midlife, a unique stage that brings a mix of psychological, existential, and physical challenges. It can often feel like the ground is shifting.  These moments of uncertainty are normal, but you don’t have to face them alone.

Throughout our work together, you will develop a deeper understanding of your inner world and learn to navigate it with greater compassion and awareness. With the right support and tools, you will re-connect to the powerful and vast resources that already reside within YOU.

My Approach

As a mother, artist, therapist, and adjunct professor, I bring a unique blend of empathy, creativity, and psychological expertise to my work.

Drawing from my diverse background, I integrate mindfulness and soul-care practices, including meditation, guided imagery, and art-making, into my approach. This holistic methodology allows clients to access parts of themselves that can often be difficult to express with words alone.

“The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you really are.”
